This has got to be the most hilarious movie review I ever read (note that it's 4 pages, without reading it again I'll say that the 3rd page on the music video was, IIRC, the best IMO):

After reading it I HAD to see it just to see if it could REALLY be that bad on such an epic scale (it was, yet hilarious, though I laughed AT more than with), and having seen a couple of Harry Potter movies by then it was interesting to see this possible inspiration for Hogwarts. It was also interesting to see Balk as a seemingly innocent child playing a witch (to contrast with her playing a wicked witch 10 years later in The Craft).

There are a lot of silly movies like this out there, and they are all done so badly, they are just hysterical to watch. And a bunch of them are young witch movies.
