Second, I understand the desire for "normalcy" as I have it myself..
I'm sorry to hear about your divorce. Hopefuly both you and her can start a new stage in life and be happier.
I thank you for sharing your story, cause many stories fromolder folks like yours have convinced me to come to terms about being gay and not pursue a marriage with a girl trying to be normal and knowingly living an unhappy life for her and for me..
now, I have the advantage that I'm not confused about my sexuality, unlike many folks who marry off and then have enlightment years later..so I get why many folks do pursue marriage in the hopes of having a normal life
