Tell us about a dish that's native to the region where you currently reside. Why do you (or your neighbors) like it?
For me, it's the giant burrito. The first burritos may have been served in Mexico (no one knows for sure if it was locals or migrant workers in California), but it took Californians to make burritos popular in the U.S.
It's a great mix between a sandwich and a one-dish meal when you're on the go and tired of burgers.
