URGENT HELP: I need EASY drink recipes!
#1
I'm a high school teacher and I'd like to do something simple with my students this Halloween.

I thought doing Halloween drinks would be fun but they have to be really, really, really simple and the ingredients must be easy to find in any supermarket.

The recipes don't even have to be Halloween related, I just want something fun to do at school.

I need four simple recipes.

Thanks in advance!

Alcoholic or non-alcoholic?

If it's non-alcoholic, you could make various smoothies and sodas. You can always buy Perrier or club soda along with soda flavouring syrups. You could also do shaved ice with the soda flabouring syrups.

If it's alcoholic, you could do something with hot grog.
2 ounces dark rum
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon brown sugar
4 ounces hot water
1 cinnamon stick
1 slice orange
This would be fairly light, and a good warm, enjoyable drink during winter. Smile

Non alcoholic ciders.
Blood orange anything.
Some form of punch with orange sherbert and dry ice.

Get a bottle of anything. Open, pour in a glass (this is an optional step) Drink, get drunk, black out, fall over. Wake up with a head ache in the morning-ish repeat.

Non alcoholic - Sheesh.

Lemonaide:

1 cup lemon juice (5-6 lemons).
3/4-1 cup sugar or 1/2 to 2/3 cup honey.
1/4 teaspoon salt

pour all of that into a gallon container, fill with cold water, stir it all up.

you can then explore the reason why adding salt makes the lemon Ade taste sweeter instead of saltier.

Sun tea - 3 bags of tea in a gallon of water, sit out in the sun for about and hour...

After it gets dark, remove tea bags, add a bit of sweetener - serve over ice.
