Here's my suggestion. Take a bag, put lots of water, fruits, veggies and some bread in it. Go to the nearest forest and spend a day there. Just let the nature take care of you. You will have a plenty of time to think, but you'll also be relaxed so your thoughts will organize. It always does wonders for me.
