I agree with Gary - keep sipping water , you've probably lost salt through sweat so something to replace that is a bonus too - you need to rehydrate your body - a good tip if you drink again is a pint or 2 of water before bed - guess your learning that the hard way though bless - the heartbeat of 160 is high though,, that's exercise rate really - but you did have a lot of alcohol - don't be scared of goin to the docs about heart concerns - its the only things that keeping you alive !!! forget been shy lol

Vitamin B is more important than water Wink

The old Aussie hang-over cure...drink as much water as you can before going to bed. Have Vegemite on toast in the morning.

Vegemite is loaded with Vitamin B.

Update: I went to ER with heart palpitation this morning! and then I had an attack right in the ER ! while the machines were on. LUCKY ME! lol anyways they think its triggered from a secondary source, maybe hormonal. I go for tests next week.

Well, glad to hear you were there and nothing happened!

If you have these kind of problems from a secondary source, you'll have to avoid certain things nonetheless, alcohol being one of them!
