Enter the Void or Soudain la vide as it's also known, is a film by the French director Gaspar Noe, it follows the experiences of several gaijin who live in Japan and who subsist by dealing and consuming drugs - it is an extremely messed up film. shot mostly in first person as it follows the main dealer around, he falls into a trap set by the Tokyo Police, and is then shot, dies, and then the rest of the film follows his soul as it tries to find peace.... it is just such a weird film.... a real mind-fuck.

If you don't mind foreign cartoons I recently watched and old-ish Japanese cartoon called When the Cicadas Cry (Higurashi something or another). I rather enjoyed the series and reckon you can find it on YouTube or some other online place easy enough. Imagine Groundhogs Day with Bill Murray human centipeded together with the Wicker Man with a touch of HP Lovecraft Shadow over Inssmouth mind fuckery.
A more popular and recent cartoon from the same country was Attack on Titan. Introduced to it by a friend and, holy moly, the antagonists are very creepy in it. I only saw a few episodes in but imagine a zombie movie that takes place in 1500 AD Europe except all of Europe lives behind a giant wall now and the zombies are a hundred foot tall middle aged, tubby naked dudes with big smiles on their faces who want to run at you, nakedly, and eat you.
Again, they are animated, so it may not appeal to everyone. Those are my more recent creepy entries, at any rate. Haven't seen any good live action creepy movies lately. Will go through this list and amend that.

Gaspar Noe's Irreversible, for many reasons. The horror of rape plus a murder scene that makes me squirm thinking about how realistic it is. I've never seen a fire extinguisher the same way.
