It is an advice forum, I agree, but a lot of the replies were not in a "advisely" way and more in a condescending tone...

I get where your coming from, unfortunately with such a subject matter, there will always be those who will take the opportunity to get onto their soapboxes and tell you what you should do, even if they were not meaning to be hurtful or condescending.

If your simply looking for someone to pose for a few set pictures, then why not try an escort agency? There are a few out there, just google and have a look (assuming you don't mind paying for their services of course) And with this being the Christmas party season, there are plenty advertising their services at the moment in London.

Yeah, I agree. I said that I think lie isn't ok, cause maybe a complicated situation will be more complicated, but I don't know you, etc. If I was you I will ask to some friend.

But probably a professional escort as suggested, would be better. I think they could offer many things, even photo sessions etc, and obviously they're more able to fake than a random stranger.
I think even a friend will be ok cause maybe your girlfriend would be more confident with him, and also her parents could see him in various real photos taken in different places, occasions etc, or see him via skype more than once.
