Josh Wrote:There is a little pizza chain in the PNW called Via Tribunali. They make authentic old world pizza. They don't even bring it to you cut because cutting your pizza first will get the crust soggy. They make the most amazing Salame pizza, which is just a pepperoni pizza with a little basil. It is seriously heaven. Next time you are in the Portland or Seattle area you should check them out.

I will be in Seattle in several days and will report back !

You should also try the Nutella calzone or the tiramisu for dessert. Both are unbelievable!! I live in Portland but will be in Seattle this week as well :-)

As my Roman friend said when visiting London, and friends took her to Pizza Hut for lunch:

"there is nothing Italian about this place!"

But Pizza Hut has never claimed to be "Italian" or make Italian style anything.
Well, unless the name of the dish has the word "Italian" in it....but still.....

True, but the people who took her to lunch there said:

"How funny, Catia came from Italy, and we're taking her out to an Italian restaurant"

This. Pizza Hut is as Italian as Taco Bell is Mexican. Which is to say they were founded in Kansas and California and are owned by a company from Kentucky. And both will make you dread your next bathroom visit.
