About 2am this morning i was having really vivid dream and somebody was trying to hurt me and in self defense i kicked him and it really hurt cause i was laying diagonally across my bed and kicked my night stand which crashed to the floor breaking a vase and lamp and this really happened… weird!

Same thing happened to me last night except in my dream I was kicking a dog that was attacking my dog and instead of the nightstand I kicked the wall which hurt and knocked my dog (who I was protecting) off the bed.

Talking is mandatory.

I toss and turn like all hell is behind me.

Nightmares mean I wake up screaming.

I hate my sleep.

I have funky, really, REALLY weird and funky dreams a lot. And thats saying "something" coming from me!!!!

The few times in my life I have had the sweats and screaming that woke myself up.....I think I was fighting someone. But thats only happened maybe 3 or 4 times in my life.

I would say stress does play a part but I have had crappy sleeping patterns since I can remember..

they are getting a bit worse with age, tho.

You might want to think about seeing a sleep specialist. You might have a chemical imbalance.

Oh...ha ha! A chemist having a chemical imbalance! No, really......think about seeing a sleep specialist.
