I found him...The real him
#1
I had a boyfriend once upon a time
We met online and while we described ourselves, we never sent anything more than a vague picture
Despite this agreement, I felt uneasy
Stories didn't always fit
And when I brought it up
He got defensive
So I got curious
And I googled him
Nothing came up immediately and I didn't want to dig too far
So I gave up
A few years have passed
The boyfriend and I are still friend, but the uneasiness remains
In boredom and leftover nagging curiosity, I googled the name he gave for his father
I found his father's twitter, which led me to his elder sister's, which took me directly to her facebook
Right in the "family" section, there he was
He looks nothing like he described
But...I don't care
In fact, he's more attractive than the very vague and completely off description he gave
He looks shorter, and his hair is brown, not black
He's also of Hispanic root, and not Asian
But I don't care

I feel conflicted now
Should I tell him I found his real facebook?
Should I confront him about the lies?
Or should I keep it secret and allow our friendship to continue as it has?

He's not your boyfriend anymore. He's just a friend now.

Ease your headache by moving on. Let it go. I don't think it's worth to remain attach to him anymore - as a friend even.

I personally have a rule. I don't tolerate with friends who like to lie a lot. I can stand a white lie once in a blue moon as no one is perfect. But a big constant lie. Simply no. Expect me to walk away from you.

stalkers don't end up in good relationships.

He lied to you, and you stalked him. Sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. You should both stay away from each other until you both learn how not to be liars or stalkers.
