Are you addicted to your smarphone or tablet?

I am addicted to my I Phone I would be lost with out it.

I think people think that I'm absolutely addicted to my phone. I'm not.
I just have this fear that, if I don't have it with me, something bad will happen and I'll need it to contact someone.
I do hate letting the battery get below 50% because I'm weird like that. People think I'm crazy.
It'a also my alarm clock... Which makes no sense because I can't hear it until I put my hearing aid on. :p

My tablet, not really. I use it when I want to watch Netflix in the bathtub. I just use my laptop for Netflix if I'm anywhere else.

I wouldn't really say I'm addicted however my job surrounds websites so I have to use them throughout my job which is majority of my day.

But I would feel a tad lost without my iPhone.

My phone battery doesn't last long enough to make me feel like I need it all the time. I don't check it constantly unless I'm texting because I don't have time to charge it during the day and I like to keep it 40%+ just in case.

But my laptop though... Ever since I sold my iPad two weeks ago I believe I powered it off twice.
