Shorter Guys like Medrano ( 5'6",) can achieve that level of muscle development in half the time with half the effort it takes for someone a foot taller.
 I'm 6'5.5" and will revert into a ectomorph in 3 weeks of not working out. ..... One thing I like about Medrano is he's like me about Tatts. Skin is perfect as is.
