I had some soreness in my lower back and butt from sleeping really weird night before last. (I slept sitting up, sort of.) I took a really hot bath last night trying to ease the soreness a bit, and ended up attempting to give myself a simple lower back and butt massage. The weird thing is that it seems to have helped quite a bit.
