My post count is almost 3,300. I posted anonymously as a joke to see what the post count would say, it was only in the 500-600 range, so your real post count doesn't carry over when you post anonymously.

I think the "Anonymous" feature is like an individual. The more people post anonymously, the more the post count will go up. It doesn't get used too often, so that's why the post count for it is so low.
