How to get rid of circles under the eyes

Clean up your diet as much as possible.

I used to eat lots of junk food and other nasties and my skin paid for it, including dark circles under the eyes.

Eat foods rich in vitamin C, like sweet potatoes. Vitamin C actually builds collagen in the skin, which will make your skin look much firmer and smoother. Maybe take a fish oil supplement as well.
