We (humans) seem to have more in common with herbivorous animals than carnivorous animals. We both get vitamin C from our diets (carnivores make it internally) Carnivores have short intestinal tracks which reaches about 3 times its body length, a herbivores intestines are 12 times its body length and we are closer to that. Herbivorous animals and humans have small mouths in relation to their heads unlike carnivores who have big mouths, all the better for ripping apart prey. Having said all this i love meat, especially red meat, mmmmmmmmm…………mmmm!
