HAHAHHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!

A buddy sent me this from Idaho about what happened there with the judge throwing out the governor's argument against same sex marriages. You won't believe this unless you read it!

I loved reading this. Justices are now including Justice's Scalia's own words against him. Mark pointed this out to me, a page form The Daily Kos, that I did love reading.

The argle-bargle blowing through the windmills of Justice Scalia's mind

Quote:“[Gov. Otter] also states, in conclusory fashion, that allowing same-sex marriage will lead opposite-sex couples to abuse alcohol and drugs, engage in extra marital affairs, take on demanding work schedules, and participate in time-consuming hobbies. We seriously doubt that allowing committed same-sex couples to settle down in legally recognized marriages will drive opposite-sex couples to sex, drugs, and rock-and-roll.”

Best. Slap-down. Ever.

Ignore comments from some people who haven't been keeping up with the laws about tax exempt status for churches.

WYOMING's ban on marriage equality has just been stricken; a stay is in effect until 10/23 OR until the state gives notice it will not appeal. The governor has already suggested the state won't appeal.

To gain perspective: We now have fewer states left to go (18) than we had in the equality column at the start of the month.
