Some ideas..
#1
So there's a really cute guy at my job, and he works in another department. I have the biggest crush on him and I have no idea if he's gay or what. I've done my "research", (I stalked him) :p and from what I found, nothing really gives off what he's into. Guys or girls.

I'm pretty cool with one of the guys who works in his department, and here there, whenever we do talk, I would ask some "discovery" questions, hoping it leads me to something new about him. Anything.

So far, I just get small details. Nothing big. If I was out to everyone, I would just ask, but that makes it a little more difficult since I'm not. What could I do to get some info here and there, and hopefully getting somewhat of an idea of what he is? Besides obviously, straight up asking him if he's gay. Last thing I need is getting attention at the job. Especially if he ends up being full on straight, so it would make things a little awkward and tense at work.

EDIT: I didn't physically stalk him! :o I meant over the internet like his Tumblr and all that other stuff.

Well....I would suggest not playing where you work BUT I remember the rush and crazy hormones when I had a crush on some guy so I "get it"...

MY only tip...when I had a crush on someone at work I tried to find something to break the bubble so I could concentrate on my job....

That's not hard at all!!!!!!

Break into his apartment or house to find his porn stash and steal dirty underwear.

Print up posters with his pic to pass out offering blow jobs or cash rewards for info.

There are 8.4 million people in New York City, 23 million people in the area, 55 million tourists coming through. Cute gay guys are a dime a dozen. There are so many, they get in your way when you're walking down the sidewalk. Get out more. Don't date people from work. Don't date people from your same apartment building. Definitely don't crush on guys at work who you don't even know are gay.

if you like him then just get to know him. even if he ends up being straight you can make a friend. communicate with people in the real world. not online bullshit. forget about the online thing, that's not a real thing. you need to go and talk to people face to face. so, find something where you two could interact with each other and take it from there. it really isn't that difficult.

Thank You Camfer!!!
This is the advice you need to hear and take to heart. Dating people at work is a sexual harassment court case waiting to happen. Maybe not 100% of the time, but why take chances? Stop obsessing over a single cute guy who you see everyday when you go to work. There is a buffet of men outside the door of the place that pays you to be professional and do your job sans drama, sans awkward relations with co-workers if your advances are unsuccessful (best case scenario), or legal issues and unemployment (worst case scenario). Yeah, there's a very slim chance you're Clark Kent and he's Lois Lane, but is your livelihood, your income in an unstable economy, and your reputation worth the risk? Think with the big head... the one above your shoulders (and no, not while you're attempting auto fellatio!). Facepalm

Expand your horizons. A big world lay right outside your door. Xyxwave

To me cute guys at work are just eye candy to make it less miserable. Of course, I telecommute most of the time....

Yes because internet stalking is so much nicer and acceptable than physical stalking.
