Just a thaught but have you tried sublimiinal cd's for anxiety(if you still expereince it). Theyve really worked for me on various issues, You basically play them at night and they work on your'e subconcious thaughts. Your rational mind dosent get in the way and question it so it really seems to work well. You can get them from www. subliminal cds . com.

I tried several subliminal cd's but they dont work, and I've tried them a lot.
Plus I get really pissed when you wake up at the end of it.
