A few roasted choices of protein,beef, pork, fish and chicken, each with some nice recipe behind. As per usual here, a bunch of different salads to pick from, tomato, lettuce, corn, spinach, green beans, peas, onion, etc etc. There should be some carbs in there, rice is a nice choice to go with the rest. I would ask the guests to each bring a different sauce for the salads and food.
