Ok, feel free to hate me, but my solution for stray dogs, which are in disgusting abundance here, is to either sterilize them or to shoot them or both. If a government is dumb enough to legally force me to do that while having the work load I do, spending little hours of the day at home and while the former thought remains my main one, thinking that all of that constitutes a person fit to care for an animal, then, sir, I will leave the country, because I'd know for sure those fucktards have completely lost their minds. Word.
