How do you distribute your energy and will over the week

Each day needs energy, so I take the week one day at a time. I try not to think too much about how many days away my day off is, if I catch myself starting to complain about not wanting to do something, I try to stop thinking like that as quickly as I can. I also try to keep my focus on the goal for the day, the goals for the week. And I drink a ton of coffee.
