How much exercise, if any, do you do each week?

30-40 min at least 5 days a week (I do get do-not-wanna-do-a-bloody-thing weeks on ocasion)

How much of your time does commuting consume?

Depending on traffic, between 45 mins and 1hr 15 in the morning (can really vary). Around 45 mins on the way back too.

Are you happy in your current job? Do you want to progress further?

I like what I do, I hate the people I worked with and infinity is not a big enough number to portray how much I hate my boss. So not so happy as I would be otherwise.

Progress? Academic progress is a must in my career whether I want it or not. PhD, here I come...soon.

im traditionally the wallflower but all it takes is practice. admittedly, toastmasters helped my public speaking skills. even though I loathe talking in front of people, even more so strangers! im still working on my small talk...
