Mmm, no clue really though with my job I am on my feet most of the day, there is quite a walk to and from the bus stop in the morning and evening, and I went to the gym... so quite a few I expect.

No. My skills in the kitchen leave a lot to be desired.

Very lowly, very rare, but sometimes, yes.

In the house where I grew up I could because it was an old cottage with low ceilings and beams. Not a chance where I live now, I can only just about reach when standing on a chair.
