yea, it's like a few minutes before each morning sometimes seconds. It's like I'm ready to quickly turn it off >:

on the other hand, they wake up when they have to, and yet there really tired!!

No, wrong Rawr, now I may not always sleep long hours but I generally know my sleeping patterns quite well and so I'll arrange for my alarm to go off just at the given time when my cycle is up... so I don't wake up feeling awful (as could be the case if woken in the wrong time of the cycle). It's the key to waking up with a few seconds to spare before the alarm goes off...
