Hehe, english - Class wise is taught differently here I guess we tend to use apostrophe's to seperate and break up sentences so it's easier to read.

That is not the standard use of apostrophes.... What's wrong with connecting an S to a plural or verb directly? The apostrophe actually replaces a letter that is unsaid, unpronounced or that has disappeared... like the F in O'Neil (son oF Neil), or the O in nOt....
