The person below me has always been and always will be, but on a cosmic scale will only exist for an infinitesimally tiny split second, and also does dimly perceive that these distinctions are mere semantic exercises that have no real meaning.

Not so much a diet, but a change of lifestyle. I need to eat less junk, and exercise more regularly.
