When you say it vibrates, would it be in time with your pulse. Is it a rhythmic vibration? Is there any pain in that area or lower in the foot? The Dorsalis Pedis artery runs right down the area you describe. An occlusion in this artery can cause some of the symptoms you describe as well. If you begin to experience any pain, pallor, coldness, numbness or lack of a pulse in the foot, then you need to see a doctor immediately. Okay?

It's not really a rhythmic vibration, it's just a rapid almost twitching sensation. It doesn't happen when I'm standing putting weight on it. No pain whatsoever. Everything looks and feels normal apart from this weird spasm. Thanks for the input.

And partisan, I do have a clothes drawer, but usually my clothes just ends up staying in a laundry bag until I wear them, at which point they end up in a different bag :p
