Um no - Or yes - depends... I use a sponge for dishes wash cloth on the body... So where does that leave me?

Well I can't say I never did drugs... I have tried both legal and illegal to 'treat' my minor sleeping disorder... But now days I rely heavily on chamomile/catnip teas, relaxation and other non-drug therapies.

TPBM has something they need to do, but most likely won't do it today.

(chamomille grows like crazy everywhere near my house, I've often thinked about going out to get some)
