I actually appear to be eating too many vegetables and not enough proteins and carbs. Yesterdays weigh in had me at 143 pounds. Which actually means I am clinically underweight - Yay!

You've got that right! Though I'm short enough that being 10 pounds less than you are puts me in-between clinically underweight and perfect weight. But just to clarify, veggies are carbs even though they're healthy.
