Yep, but that's mainly because I can't wind down early enough to get sufficient sleep for the next working day.

TPBM has a good sleep routine.

Not really. It takes me a while to fall asleep, sometimes nightmares ruin things, sometimes heat ruins things, sometimes my mind can't stop working. I try and sleep as early as I can because whomever said 6-7 hours were enough clearly did not know me. I manage to get more or less a good rest to survive the day of work (with plenty of yawning involved it it) and I usually recover sleep during the weekend, I'm all but useless on Saturday mornings.
