Tjemka88 At Easter, people will hide colored/dyed Easter Eggs for children to find, as gifts from the Easter Bunny.
In some movies and TV shows now, directors/scriptwriters will occasionally hide items into a film or show for viewers to find, and because of that, they're called "easter eggs". Here's an example I just made up. Not long ago there was a Justice League movie. Let's pretend that in that movie there was a scene where a brother and sister are introduced, and they are named John and Joanna Flemming. To most people, it's just a movie scene.
To comic book readers, they would recognize that there was a book called "The Super Friends" that included many Justice League characters, and John and Joanna Flemming are the secret identities of The Wonder Twins, who were in The Super Friends comic. So that would be an Easter Egg for comic book fans to find.
Yes, I prefer strawberries to cherries.
