No, I know exactly what I would do with it. I would hire a reputable fee-based wealth management firm to invest the majority of it in safe, conservative securities that are good enough to outpace inflation. I would live off of the return. For example, if I win a $100mil after taxes, I would invest in something that might give me an after-tax return of 4%, to give me $4mil after tax the first year, then reinvest $3mil to help beat inflation and live off $1mil for that year.

Probably not for about 8 years. And it wasn't for religious reasons. It was to pick up some food donations when the village I used to live in was cut off by floodwater for 3 months.
TPBM always thinks they forgot to lock the door when they are too far away to go back and check. |
