It's a little silly, though, as an accent in a foreign language is going to sound different to whoever's listening and it's not going to cut it in some languages. So is it the British accent of speakers of English that is considered so utterly sexy?
I agree with Londoner, many accents in the UK and some of them not so engrossing, to be honest.

I'm constantly doing accents. It's been a habit since I was a kid. I don't know why but I just like trying to emulate sounds or something. I try to have fun with it too but I"m sure someday I'll be overheard by the wrong person who will think I'm making fun of them :/
