Rough times are no stranger to me. I've gone through many. One rather recently, actually. BUT… I haven't given up yet. Somehow or other I seem to pull myself together and get on with life. I hope you do as well.

Rough patches come and go for us all in varying degrees, depending on our own coping mechanisms and circumstances. There never seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel in the midst of the patch but somehow we usually get through it.
Draw on the support of those close to you if you can and try to keep positive (easier said than done, I know)
