Hello
#21
Ok, thanks for the explanation, Arthur, I'm a bit green with the abbreviations.

Took me forever to get my head round it, when my mate used to type LMAO I thought he was calling me a Lame-O in TXTspeak. Doh.

So I guess it's best just to ask if anything is unclear rather than pretend and make a fool of oneself. Again, abbreviations can give some wonderful personal interpretations.... lol. LTB, for instance, could be Lick Those Boots rather than Lesbian, Transsexual and Bisexual... (I know, I know, the official word order is LBT)

See, there you go, despite not being entirely green about that, the abbreviations regarding sexuality go right over my head. If it weren't for Dan Savage I'd be completely lost.

/That goes for a number of other things as well, I owe Mr. Savage a note of thanks.

Nice to meet you Arthur and welcome to GS and Merry Christmas.

Very nice of you to give the fullest of stories and very interesting and congratulations on the new life...

PA also has an interesting way that he came to his online name... there is a thread about how we came to our names somewhere but I am sure that if ya cant find it PA would not mind to repeat it...

Hi Arthur, welcome.

I can follow the confusion/elation you mention. It took me a long time to come out to myself and face up to to what ignoring it had led me into

I hope you enjoy it here.

Thanks man, I'm digging it, and thanks to the others for the welcome. This is my first post-outing foray into a gayer world, glad I came here, seems very cool.

Though if I never use the word "Out" again I'll be pleased, the O, U, and T on my keyboard are starting to fade a little. :/

Now sir, music: Where do I go to hear some of your stuff?
