what did you eat and drink

hello. it is just for saying what you ate and drink todaymile: i had my brekfast and it was yogurt and 2 apples and a ceral bar! and some tea to drink!

Just had breakfast in bed. Although it was just a bag of crisps I forgot to eat last night. Nice though. Yum.

for dinner I had Japanese rice, chicken gyoza (a kind of dumpling) with a special sauce, 3 vegetables and water. for desert I had a small piece of pumpkin cake with vanilla ice cream and iced caffè latte.

It was a happy happy joy joy dinner.

So far today I had:

a bowl of SPecial K for pre work breakfast
an apple
a glass of orange juice
a bowl of porridge for 'elenvenses' (at work after mucking out - good to warm me up!)
Just about to have lunch, not sure what though
Going out to Thai Square for my Dinner as it was my birthaday yesterday :biggrin:
so will be having:
Veggie spring rolls or tempura vegetables
Tofu, peppers and mushrooms in soy sauce with ginger
Possibly a dessert but probably a liquer coffee (tia maria) instead

For breakfast I had a coffee, lunch a ham sandwich and a hot wine, and I've just finished a healthy chicken kebab. Mmmmm

I had a nice lunch of hearty bread with cheese and a small apple with a couple glasses of green tea mix. It was very nice before my nap.
