Today I had one of my specialties, I call it a Luxury Hot Dog, basically a brat in a brat bun with sweet onions, mushrooms, cheese, mustard, tomato, pickles and salted cured meats, tonight I used cappicola. I love it. One of my favorite things to do is take something simple, like a hot dog, for example, and make it spectacular.
