Work hard and work your way up. Take care of that back AND your knees. I ws watching the guys at my grocery the other day and the knees really take a beating with all the squatting to stock the lower shelves.

Just received an email saying I didn't get the job. I tried calling, but guess who wasn't there: my hiring manager. I had yet to receive the background check, and I've never done drugs. I hate having to jump through hoops.

So it looks like everything got figured out. Today I had to do step one of training. Basically stare at a screen full of power points/quizzes. But I'm officially employed!

Good to hear some good news!
Do some exercises for that back...not too much, mind you, and work hard. Having bee a supervisor, I can tell you that all too few employees get to work on time and in good shape to do a day's work. Pull that off and you will be getting up the ladder before you know it. Good luck.
