Well, I'm feeling a bit better today, but something new has developed.

Apparently I coughed so much yesterday that my stomach muscles, chest muscles and even arm muscles ache, and if I cough today, damn, I see stars. LOL

I feel like I spent the whole day working out yesterday, but got no benefits from it. LOL

Ok, with a cough like that you need to see a doc. If you haven't done so, go ASAP.

My cure fore the common cold is antihistamines and pain-relievers and ignoring-it. One stops the stuffy feeling, the other helps with all the other sh.t and the third covers the mood. Liberal doses of homemade ginger-tea help as well. And, stay away from me! I vant to be alone

I want East to take care of me when I'm sick. His cure gets a man up and coming in no time.

The coughing probably means that you are trying to clear congestion. Mucinex? If you do, do NOT get the kind with decongestant, just the regular generic stuff works. The cheap generic is guiafenisin syrup. Icky but effective. And LIQUIDS. Lots of warm LIQUIDS.

Yay, flu season. I've been sick for the past week. Apparently if you boil lemons, squeeze the juice into water and drink it with honey will help with the sore throat and coughing. Anyone care to try this out?
