The United States will be #1 within the next 10 years because Assisted Suicide is just starting to become popular here.
The whole idea of picking the best country to die in,,, is somehow a bit gruesome. Knowing which country provides the best pain relief and hospice care during your final few weeks or months of life is important I guess. Just load me up with morphine and let me die in blissful painless ignorance.. Jimerooo We Have Elvis !!
