Now it's time to accept that you're the same as a lot of guys!

Welcome. Get yourself over to the word games and get your post count up to 50. Life on GS will be easier for you then.

Hey man. Welcome to GS. Smile

You've taken the first step, yeah? And for a lot of people that step is a HUGE one. You've come to realize what you want. It's a great start.

No need to go shouting it from the rooftops tho if you think there will be backlash yeah? Figure out what you want to do. What **YOU** want to do, yeah? Not what you think you should... or what you think others want of you.

Hi! Welcome to the Forum!

You know, in ancient times, men had to complete a rite of manhood before they were considered adults. Personally, I believe that one of the major problems experienced by straight men in today's society is the lack of such rituals. Straight men no longer have to accomplish anything to become "men".

Luckily, we homos DO have a rite of manhood. An often dangerous and frightening one: Coming Out.

Good Luck!

Congratulations for having done the first steps!
It's an overwhelming phase, and I can very well understand how nervous you are.

One thing that I think is important to understand, just because you are gay, i.e. liking guys, doesn't really make you "different". You're still the same person Smile
At least that's my way of seeing it, and some don't agree with me there, but I wanted to express it anyway Smile

Take one step at a time. Go your pace.

Welcome. Smile I know first hand how that can be, and it can be really hard at times not trying to let on how much what people say toward you can hurt. Just be comfortable with yourself, and don't let it get you down. True friends and family who care about you will stand by you no matter what. I can tell you're a kind, and good person. I hope you experience all the best, and I hope this helps even if only a little. Take care.
