I ran a couple miles and then spent two hours laying out at the beach. There's just something about feeling the warmth of the sun wash over me that pushes anxiety and depression away. It truly brings me so much inner peace!

Well what made me laugh was some silly jokes about SMS gateways...can't go into it because I don't want to potentially offend anyone...even though it shouldn't...but it was good.
