Correct . The intensity temporarily decreases but the storm gets bigger in diameter, and often restrengthens once the cycle is complete, as long as conditions remain favourable.

Well I am going to take this as the crossfire of two people fighting, which happened to me only a couple weeks ago. I stare at my computer screen and wait for them to shut up, and hope the ground swallows me up in the following awkwardness.
