it doesn't happen all the time, but i can only count that it happened to me twice, a girl seducing me, by asking what my "preferences" were and another instance while i was commuting at night, i saw this sort of drunk woman, ogle and fix her eyes on my like i was some customer to prostitution, im not even sure whether she was a prostitute or not, she looked kinda decent, but lost. also, a lot of times also did some random guy grope my crotch and pinch my nipples.

a little seduction is like foreplay. imo it's different from deception. from seduction to sensuality to intimacy, it can work wonders with the right person.
as for me, im so obtuse, I wouldn't even know if someone was trying to seduce, let alone flirt.
now, if I've ever tried to seduce someone, you'd have to ask him. cuz I wouldn't be able to tell you if it worked or not.
