God how terrifying that must've been for the workers. and how guilty must the guy who screwed up be feeling.

When you're flying into Las Vegas from the west, you can see this CSP plant. It's an impressive site/sight.

So, procedural and quality control improvement must take place, so mistakes like this are kept to very very minimum.

It's no Chernobyl, but it's still dangerous to make mistakes of this sort, so that is why strict procedures are key to avoid them.
