True. You'd get runny butt if you eat too much, though that goes for anything lol.
But I'm guessing that's not what you meant.
Though too many apples and other sour fruit can give you one hell of a sour stomach Tongue

I was talking about the sugar content, eating to much fruit can make you put on weight too.

Moisturiser is like putting lipstick on a pig. Moisturiser will just cover your dry skin temporarily, but it will still be there.

I would seek advice from a GP who may be able to help or at least refer you to a dermatologist who will be more helpful.

A lot of issues with our bodies can be directly attributed to diet also, so look at what you are eating....if it has a use by date on it, avoid it and eat more fresh fruit, vegetable and meats.

deephiance GP? Is that my doctor? I'm going to him on Wednesday.
He will probably send me to a specialist. Though it can take months before I get an appointment at them apparently, they're very booked.

Hmm, so if something has an expiration date on it, it's bad?

Yes, sorry. Here in Australia GP = General Practitioner = Doctor.

The train of thought is that products that have a use by date are usually processed foods high in preservatives, sugar and salt.

I'd be willing to wager that in Europe and everywhere fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats do not have expiration dates printed on them. He's advocating you eat fresh food instead of packaged food.

Bingo.

Pre-packaged foods are so full of crap that it stalls our digestive system and we don't get the nutrients we need. As a result, constipation, haemorrhoids, irritable bowel syndrom, lethargy and illness similar have become prevalent in our societies....then we are told to take this pill, take that pill so more unnatural chemicals pumped into the body to counter the affects of unnatural chemicals already pumped into your body.

An apple a day.........also applies to all fresh produce. Saves you money, saves your life.

I'd second what deephiance said with regards to this potentially linking to your diet. Other then that I try not to wash my face with any face scrubs or use moisturisers, they've added to the issues that I had with my skin in the past.

I generally use a flannel (washcloth to those in America) with some warm water and gently go over my face with it but take my time, I had a massive issue with dry skin when I was around 18-20 and this is what got the best result for me. Ironically it reduced the amount of spots I would get on my face too.
