Pork roast roulade stuffed with apples, cranberries, ginger and bread stuffing; braised kale with bacon and vinegar; roasted butternut squash; hot biscuits; walnut cake with buttercream filling and Seven-minute icing; a bottle of Fume Blanc. It was rough work but we got through it.
