I'll share some stuff with you that I learn at the exercise class I'm at 2 times a week.
1. Don't eat too much shit
2. Don't eat too much sugar stuff. If your body doesn't need sugar atm, it'll convert it into fat. Which it's supposed to use later, but because we eat too much sugar too often, we just get fat.
3. Your body only need 5 grams of salt each day. So don't use salt on your food at the dinner table.
